I estimated a code review activity for our customer a 60 days long project.

My manager cuts off this estimate in a 40 days long project (don’t know why, may be you want to ask him) and he gives a price that is ridiculously low.

The result is that I had to perform too fast and too furious and my manager will give himself awards due to the fact that his team performs well.

Episodes like this one made my decision everyday stronger
